The (not so) scary usage agreement

I've said it before: A lot of people are scared away by the thought of having to sign a usage agreement. And I get it. Contracts are scary. Legal language is confusing. However, I just can't print anyone's images in my book unless this is settled. So I tried to simplify and explain what the agreement says:
